EarthDay April 20, Sustainable Coastlines Cleanup

April SATURDYA 20, Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii will host the state’s biggest ever beach cleanup, hitting the shoreline from Makapuu to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Hawaii.

On 4/20 Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii and Sea Life Park are hosting the annual Earth Day Cleanup and continuing the fun with an Arts & Music Festival. 
The cleanup starts at 9:30AM at any of the following locations. 
PYRAMID ROCK - Kaneohe Marine Base
SHOREBREAKS/GREENWALLS - KailuaKALAMA BEACH PARK - Kailua
KAILUA BEACH PARK - Across from Buzz's
LANIKAI BEACH - Park Access
BELLOWS - Waimanalo
SHERWOODS - Waimanalo
WAIMANALO BEACH PARK
KAUPO BAY - Across from Sea Life Park
MAKAPU'U
SANDY BEACH


Cleaning from 9:30 to 11:45

 

Sea Life Park After Cleanup Music Festival goes from 12-4:30 After the three-hour cleanup ends at noon, the group will host a low-impact Earth Day Fair at Sea Life Park until 5 p.m., with $5 park admission. Live music, guest speakers, educational activities, games, keiki tent, live art exhibitions, the whole park, and more. $5 for beach cleaners only. Visit schawaii.org for more information.
