Bikram Yoga
The Bikram Yoga series is a set of 26 yoga poses including two pranayama exercises, each of which is performed twice in the duration of 90 minutes. Hot yoga is a series of yoga poses done in a heated room which is usually maintained at a temperature of 105°F with 40% humidity, so muscles warm up quickly and stretch more easily. Bikram yoga is a system of wellness, restoration and rejuvenation of the body balance. You'll be hooked!
