Using natural medicines, and techniques that are in harmony with natural processes; health is restored.

First do not harm. Non-invasive treatments are preferred to minimize the risks of harmful side-effects.

A Naturopathic Physician is trained to find and treat the underlying cause an illness or disharmony within the body and/or mind. Health or disease comes from a complex interaction of physical, emotional, dietary, genetic, environmental, lifestyle and other factors.

Naturopathic Physicians treat the whole person, taking these factors into account. Preventive Medicine.
